CHASEBOX

CHASEBOX is based on a dream I had of a game where 2 players
would chase each other in a box. One of them had a gun, the
other had nothing. Once the round was over, the roles would
switch. Kind of like a mix between nidhogg and Rounds.
CHASEBOX doesn't really play like either of those games.
Instead it's just 2D platformer tag. But somehow unexpectedly
fun. Once again a game I am really proud of.
It's the first game I worked on that kept me motivated for longer
than a week. Al lot of my other projects kinda fall apart
if I don't finish it quickly, but I kept biting for this one.
A fun fact about the game is that I didn't really playtest it.
I made the first prototype in the first 2 weeks of January. Then
I dropped it. Only in February did I actually playtest it. That's
when I found out it was actually fun.
It's also the game I've drawn/written the most lore for. Except
maybe Kow's space. But that one's more like a spin off than its
own thing. None of the lore is visible in these games though.
